- The Ministry of Transport and Communications hosted the university-level Cybersecurity Awareness Video Competition-2023 online with the purpose of entering and participating as a representative for Myanmar in the ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Awareness Video Competition-2023.
- The video of (47) students from various universities in the state and regions for the competition was selected by the judges and the list of winners was announced as follows –
First Prize – Mg Myat Min Khant, University of Computer Studies, Yangon. (Data Dilemma)
Second Prize – Mg Hein Min Khant Technological University (Mawlamyine). (PhishGuard: Unmasking the Hooks)
Third Prize – Ma Khine Shwe Sin Win from National Management Degree College (Yangon). (Protecting Personal Information Online # Stay safe and protect your digital world)
Consolation prize – Mg Bawe Nyaung from Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College (Sagaing). (Social Media Safety Tips Everyone needs to know)
Consolation prize – Mg Linn Khant Kyaw (The one who got the Consolation prize) from University of Information Technology (Yangon). (Awareness of Juice Jacking)
- Winners will be notified of the award once again, and the video that secured the first prize will be submitted to the ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Video Competition-2023.
